Kevin Raymond Korth passed away suddenly and peacefully in Phoenix, AZ, Feb 21, 2018. He was 55 years old.

Kevin was born to Robert and Barbara Korth Sept. 18, 1962 in Southbend, Ind. As a child, he grew up in Warsaw, Ind and attended Scaret Heart Elementary School. In 1972, the family moved to Durango, CO where he attended Riverview Elementary, Miller Jr. High School and in 1981 graduated from Durango Sr. High School. Kevin played basketball and football for the Durango Demons, some said he was the star of the team.

Kevin moved to Albug, NM for a few years, then moved to Chandler, AZ, where he owned and operated Aztec Wood Products, a cabinet company.

Kevin then moved to Phoenix to be closer to his only son, Avery, the love of his life. Kevin enjoyed sports (all of them) but everyone that knew him knows he was the biggest Fighting Irish Notre Dame fan ever. He only had 1 tattoo, and of course it's Fighting Irish Mascot on his right ankle. He loved them so much, never missed a game, football or basketball.

Kevin was a real wood craftsman, he loved to work with his hands. He made beautiful furniture, just like his father, Bob, and grandfather, Ray Korth.

He left this world much too early, Kevin will be truly missed by the ones he touched. Kevin was a kind, generous, honest and loyal friend to so many. He is at peace in Heaven with Our Father.

Kevin was preceded in death by his father, Robert William Korth (1/17/17), his grandparents, Raymond J and Emma Korth, of Warsaw, Ind, John D and Martha King, of Winona Lake, Ind.

Kevin is survived by his son, Avery Raymond Korth, of Scottsdale, AZ, mother Barbara Ann Korth of Sun Lakes, AZ, sister Kandy (Korth) Myers and brother-in-law Mike Myers of Surprise, AZ, brother Buzz Korth and sister-in-law Janen Korth of San Fransisco, CA, sister Karen (korth Reinhold of Gainsville, FL and his twin sister Kathy Korth of Durango, CO and brother-in-law Tom Harris.

Kevin had numerous nephews and nieces and great nephews and nieces.
